South Island Dance Network

Situational Choereography project, Chch CBD Looking to explore the past and the architecture and the old Christchurch that our ancestors created, to inspire us, that it can be done again! My forbears helped build Christchurch, living in Colombo St south of Bealy avenue.  A few dancers are needed to explore the concept of dancing the old architecture, and life styles, extending that through time to the present, and creating scenes of what we can do in architecture.  This would be related to the imminent time metaphor that dance has, enlarging that to cover the lifespan of a street precinct. Practise space is already available, I just need 'bodies' to work with. Family photographic archives and other old local photos are currently being recovered.
