



Erica Viedma studied dance at UNITEC Performing and Screen Arts School. She won the Aotea Performing Arts Trust Award in 2002 and graduated with senior scholar status in 2004.
During her professional career, Erica has worked with many of New Zealand's outstanding choreographers. Highlights include Michael Parmenter's Retrospective in 2005, Touch Compass in 2004 and on-going work for Fleur de Thier, whom she has danced with for ten years.
Erica is a dedicated part of the Christchurch dance scene having also danced for Julia Sadler, Toby Behan and Megan Platt. She has featured in various professional dance films including Loaded by Julia Milsom and Grain by Julia Sadler.
Erica was most recently seen in the debut season of the Southern Lights in which she worked with Zoe Scofield (USA), Shona McCullagh and Fleur de Thier. Felicity Molloy described her performance in Theatreview: "Erica Viedma makes me ache when watching her sensitive, fibrous world. The way she places her feet is enough to make you know that she breathes dance throughout her day."
Availability for Work: Erica is a highly sought after contemporary dancer based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Depending on her current contract work committtments, Erica is available for hire for future dance projects.
