The Feldenkrais® Method opens pathways to move beyond limiting habits to fuller and easier function. Whether you are youthful or senior, athletic or more sedentary, these lessons help you to release tension and stress, improve co-ordination, flexibility, and self-awareness, and bring you into dynamic balance. The Method is used by symphony orchestra players, singers and actors, and Olympic athletes. It is also favoured by people challenged by disability or recovering from injury.       Valerie Wycoff (BSc MMus LTCL AIRMT MNZFG) is a qualified practitioner of the Feldenkrais® Method.
